01About the service

JUSTPLUSH AI Studio is operated by SOHOLLY. For service, account or privacy questions, contact leoli@artall.com.

JUSTPLUSH AI Studio helps you explore plush ideas through AI concept images, product videos and image-referenced 3D volume studies. Available features, models, costs and limits are shown in the workspace. Sampling, manufacturing and commercial quotations are separate services, not automatically included in a generation request.

02Account and security

Register with an email address, display name and password. Email verification may be required. Keep your credentials and security links private and provide accurate account information. You can sign out or use password recovery; resetting your password revokes existing sessions. Do not use another person's account or try to access another workspace.

03Review AI outputs before use

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for your intended use. Review rights, permissions, safety and suitability before publishing, manufacturing or commercial use. Outputs are creative starting points, not safety certifications, engineering approval or legal advice. A 3D volume study is not a production pattern; neutral-material previews do not represent final fabric or colors.

AI generation does not guarantee exclusive copyright, uniqueness, non-infringement or lawful commercial use. Rights depend on applicable law, your inputs and relevant provider terms.

04Your content and permissions

Submit only material you are entitled to use and send for AI processing. Obtain permission before using client-confidential information, personal data, third-party characters, brands or likenesses. You remain responsible for your submissions and intended use; using Studio does not automatically transfer ownership of all your content to JUSTPLUSH.

The service handles content as needed to run your requests, store and deliver results, provide technical support and carry out sharing you initiate. This involves relevant service providers. Private workspace storage should not be treated as a guarantee of provider zero-retention or exclusion from model training; see the Privacy Policy.

05Saving, deleting and sharing

Jobs and available results appear in your workspace. Download important files yourself; unlimited or indefinite storage is not promised. Removing a reference from the form clears its selection, not the uploaded server file. Deleting a non-running job requests deletion of its recorded results and previews, but does not automatically erase original uploads, backups, provider copies or security and credit history.

An optional share link lets anyone holding it access one selected completed result without signing in for seven days. You can revoke or replace it. It does not share the entire library or reference uploads. Revocation blocks future requests but cannot recall downloaded files or in-flight responses. Review the recipient and protect the full link.

06Responsible use

Do not create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, child sexual exploitation material, unauthorized personal-data disclosures, harmful impersonation or malware. Do not bypass authentication, manipulate credits, evade limits or interfere with the service. The absence of an automated block does not mean content or use is permitted.

07Credits and charges

Current generation costs, trial allowances and expiry are displayed in the interface. Credits are reserved before submission and settled on successful delivery. Failed or cancelled jobs restore eligible, unexpired credit allocations under the ledger rules, without extending expired credits. Cancellation does not guarantee the provider stops computing or billing. Daily and concurrency limits may restrict requests.

The current version does not support online payment checkout. Credit restoration is not a cash refund. Sampling and manufacturing fees, if agreed, are handled separately; do not infer a purchase or subscription from a displayed credit catalog.

08Availability and account management

Features, models and limits can change, and maintenance, capacity or provider failures can interrupt service. Account access may be restricted by security controls or account status. No uptime guarantee or unlimited storage is promised. Deleting a job does not close an account; account-closure questions can be raised through the JUSTPLUSH website contact page.

09Responsibilities and applicable law

Review outputs and keep copies of important files before relying on the service. These terms do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and valid arrangements between the parties; no specific jurisdiction or monetary liability cap is stated here.
